- Your details: your name, email address, and the information you provide in our order and intake forms, including your answers to our safety screening questions.
- Order and payment information: order details and payment confirmations from our payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number.
- Submitted material: message screenshots, chat exports, emails, images, audio recordings, pasted text and background information you provide for your report. This material may include personal information — and in some cases sensitive information — about you and about other people.
- Website data: basic analytics information such as pages visited, device type and general location, collected through cookies or similar technologies.

We collect information directly from you: through our website, our intake and order forms (hosted by Jotform), by email, and through Stripe when you pay.

- confirm and manage your order and match it to your payment;
- understand your instructions and prepare and deliver your report;
- communicate with you about your order and provide customer support;
- respond to safety concerns raised in a submission;
- meet our legal, privacy, security and record-keeping obligations; and
- maintain business records and improve our service.

We share information with contracted service providers who help us operate the business, only to the extent needed for them to provide their services to us:

- Jotform — form hosting and submission storage;
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Google Workspace — email and document storage;
- AI analysis providers used to help prepare reports; and
- professional advisers, such as accountants or lawyers, where reasonably needed.
We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to lessen or prevent a serious threat to the life, health or safety of any person.
6. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Where information is processed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with Australian privacy law.
7. Information about other people
Material you submit will often include personal information about other people. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to share that material with us. We use it only to prepare your report, to communicate with you, and as otherwise described in this policy. We do not contact the people referred to in your material.
8. Storage and security
We store information with reputable service providers, restrict access to those who need it to perform their role, and use security measures including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@truthreveals.com.au.
9. How long we keep your information
- Submitted material (uploads and intake form content): deleted within 30 days after your report is delivered, unless we need to keep it longer for an open dispute, a refund request or a legal obligation.
- Delivered reports: retained for up to 12 months to support any follow-up question, dispute or re-supply, and then deleted.
- Order and payment records: retained as required by Australian tax and business record-keeping laws (generally at least five years).
10. Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@truthreveals.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
