2. What Truth Reveals provides
Truth Reveals prepares written analytical reports based on communication material and information that you submit to us (for example, message screenshots, chat exports, emails, images, audio recordings or pasted text).

3. Important — the nature of our reports
- Reports are prepared for your personal insight and information only.
- Reports are our interpretation and analysis of the material you provide. They are opinions, not findings of fact, and their accuracy depends on the completeness, authenticity and context of the material you submit.
- Reports are not legal, medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial or investigative advice, and must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
- Truth Reveals is not a private investigation, surveillance or monitoring service, is not an emergency, law enforcement or crisis support service, and does not verify the identity or conduct of any third party.
- You are solely responsible for any decision or action you take, or choose not to take, based on a report.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide to us is true and accurate.
5. Orders and payment
- Prices are in Australian dollars. Expansion Group Pty Ltd is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on our prices.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Your order is confirmed when payment is received. We will then ask you to complete our intake form and provide your material.
6. Submitting your material
- You must have the legal right to possess and to share with us all material you submit.
- You must not submit: nude or sexual material; any sexual content involving a person under 18; hacked, intercepted or otherwise unlawfully accessed material; passwords or private account access; banking details; identity documents; medical records; or unrelated third-party information.
- Audio recordings: laws in Australian states and territories, including the Surveillance Devices Act 1998 (WA), restrict recording private conversations without consent. By submitting a recording you confirm you are legally entitled to possess and share it. We may decline material we reasonably believe was obtained unlawfully.
- You should submit only what is reasonably necessary for your report. We encourage you to remove or blur details we do not need for the analysis — such as surnames, phone numbers, home addresses, financial details and identifying numbers. Reports can be prepared using first names or nicknames only.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the material you submit. We do not independently verify it.
7. Delivery timeframes
- Quick Clarity Report: delivered within 24 hours.
- Loyalty Clarity Check, Full Clarity Report and Advanced Clarity Report: delivered within 2–3 business days, unless you purchase the Priority 24-Hour Delivery upgrade.
- Business days exclude weekends and Western Australian public holidays.
- Delivery timeframes start when we have received both your payment and your completed intake form with all required material. If you replace or add material after submitting, the timeframe restarts from when the replacement material is received.
- Reports are delivered by email to the address you provide in the intake form.
8. Priority 24-Hour Delivery upgrade
- The Priority 24-Hour Delivery upgrade is a one-time fee of A$19 and is available for the Loyalty Clarity Check, the Full Clarity Report and the Advanced Clarity Report. It is not available (and is not needed) for the Quick Clarity Report, which already includes 24-hour delivery.
- If we do not deliver your report within 24 hours of receiving your completed intake form and all required material, we will refund the Priority fee in full.
- Priority delivery is subject to availability and submission complexity. If the upgrade is unavailable after purchase, the fee will be refunded in full.
9. Refunds and the Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that services will be provided with due care and skill, be fit for any purpose you have made known to us, and be supplied within a reasonable time. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any right or remedy you have under law.
Because each report is custom work prepared specifically for you, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once work on your report has commenced. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe there is a problem with your report, contact support@truthreveals.com.au. We will work with you to resolve it, including re-performing the service or providing a refund where the law requires.

10. When we may decline, pause or refund an order
We may decline, pause or refund an order (with a full refund of amounts paid for work not delivered) if:
- the material appears to be unlawful, prohibited under these Terms, or submitted without the legal right to share it;
- the submission indicates an emergency or safety situation that is better handled by police or specialist support services;
- the request falls outside the scope of our service; or
- we cannot reasonably complete the report to our standards.
11. Intellectual property
- You retain ownership of the material you submit. You grant us a limited licence to use it solely to prepare and deliver your report, to communicate with you, and to meet our legal, privacy and security obligations.
- We own (or are licensed to use) the Truth Reveals name, logo, website, templates and report formats.
- Your report is provided for your personal use. You may keep and use it as you choose, but you must not resell it, republish it commercially, or present modified versions as having been prepared by us.
12. Limitation of liability
Other than liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the service is limited, at our election, to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for the relevant report. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from decisions or actions taken by you or any other person in reliance on a report.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and delete your information, including material about other people, overseas processing, and how long we keep your material. It is available at truthreveals.com.au and forms part of these Terms.
14. Changes to the service and these Terms
We may update our services, prices and these Terms from time to time. The version of these Terms in force when you place your order applies to that order.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
